Service Update | 11 March 2021
Dear Customers,
We are pleased to share with you our latest service announcement following the government’s statements regarding its roadmap to cautiously ease lockdown restrictions, reopen businesses and resume normality once more.
We understand and empathise with all businesses for the challenging times you have all had to endure in some capacity over the previous 12 months. Whether you’ve experienced loss in customers and revenue or even temporary closure, the effects of each lockdown have been immeasurable.
However, with this latest announcement there is light at the end of the tunnel, something to look forward to and a measurable time-frame between now and your company assuming business as normal. Below, we have listed information around our services, service suspensions, and terms and conditions.
Fully Operational
The Bakers Waste team has and continues to work extremely hard to enable customer’s full access to our entire range of services. We concede that Bakers Waste are in a relatively fortunate position and aim to help and support local communities as these difficult times (hopefully) draw to a close.
Service Suspensions
We are delighted to bring service suspensions to a close in the coming months, we view this only as a hugely positive step forwards. All businesses whom fall under each phase disclosed below will receive their full services from the closest working date.
Please note, all hospitality services will resume at the same time, when hospitality venues can seat customers indoors, parties up to six or two households of any size in phase 3. If your business can offer outdoor hospitality and requires its services to resume sooner, please contact Bakers Waste immediately and we’ll ensure your business is supported.
Should the dates move from each phase, Bakers Waste will work to the newly arranged dates in line with government guidance. All previous one-off charge service suspensions will end following the commencement of phase 4.
Customers aren’t required to get in touch unless they wish to suspend their services further on special request, customers who require further special request suspensions can contact the Bakers Waste team by emailing tradewaste@bakers-es.co.uk
